Avoiding a sedentary lifestyle and eating right are the key to hearth health. People spend most of their day sitting down at work and the rest at home lounging on the sofa to de-stress from the day's work. This is not ideal for heart health. We really should make an effort to spend a few hours of each day in some form of physical activity. Processed food is so convenient for a busy lifestyle but in the end it is not good. During weekends don't spend the day in bed to catch up on sleep you missed. Get up, walk your dog, go to the park, just get out of the house in order to get your quota of physical activity for the week.
